How to enquire
An enquiry that can be answered in one reply says six things. The drafts behind the email and WhatsApp links already have the headings; this page says what to put under them.
- Grade. One of: export fines, export espresso superfines, export loose tea blend, rooibos sticks. If you are not sure, say what the rooibos is for and ask which grade suits it.
- Quantity and frequency. A sample, a one-off order, or a repeat supply, with a rough quantity. Quotations differ for each.
- Packaging. 40 kg nylon bags, 350 kg FIB bags, 20 kg paper bags. Say which suits your handling and storage.
- Destination. The country the rooibos must reach, so the right shipping documents can be named.
- Timing. When you need it, and whether that is firm or flexible.
- Your questions. Specification, harvest year, documents, samples. The buying guide on Rooibos World lists the questions a careful buyer asks.
Send it by email to Alex Nel (alexnelja@outlook.com) or by WhatsApp (+27 83 287 5602). Both links open your own app with a draft; nothing is sent until you press send.
Replies come from Alex Nel, not from an order system. Terms are a deposit, then the balance before dispatch.
